CREW MEMBER POSITION OVERVIEW

• SwingCity Golf, is always looking to add fun and energetic crew members to our dynamic team. If you’ve worked in a restaurants before, you know the drill: all crew members will serve guests, prepare food, mix drinks, and keep things clean and running smoothly. Golf experience and knowledge is not required, but is a big plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests and assist them in getting started with their golf session. Understand the customer's needs and help guide them through the best possible experience and support them while they enjoy our Trackman simulators..

• Help facilitate food and beverages orders, including food and drink prep.  Monitor the tables to ensure guests have everything they need, and promptly respond to any additional requests. 
  

Qualifications and Key Attributes

• Previous experience as a server, bartender, or in a kitchen is a big plus.

• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.  A team player with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

• Must be 21 years of age.
